DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and professional Port Agent / Boarding Clerk to join our dynamic and hardworking team.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong organisational and communication skills, a flexible approach to work, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced maritime environment.
The successful candidate will undergo a training period and will then become part of our roster system, which may include after-hours work, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate port services for vessels both at anchorage and alongside, including delivery of ship spares and provisions, arranging crew changes, and coordinating bunker calls.
- Liaise with Port Authorities and local stakeholders regarding operational matters.
- Maintain coordination with our Principals, vessel Captains, and suppliers.
- Provide efficient solutions to operational and customer-related matters.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (essential).
- Clean motorbike and/or motor vehicle driving licence (preferred). • Previous Ship Agency experience would be an advantage.
Salary
- Salary is negotiable subject to previous experience.
